Why isn't my comment working properly?
If you're only seeing one Identity image but you've made multiple comments on a slide, please note that each VoiceThread slide holds comments under one Identity image per participant. This means that if there are multiple comments on one slide by the same Identity, only one image will represent all of the comments. The comments themselves are represented by individual segments along the timeline. Please see Identities for more information.
If your voice or video comment isn't recording or playing correctly, you might need to change some settings. Please see troubleshooting.
