Something is still not working!
Here are the usual culprits when VoiceThread doesn't appear or behave the way that it should.
Cache
If something is not displaying the way it should, you may need to clear your browser's cache. This will often resolve sudden, unexpected behavior. You can find instructions here.
Browser Settings
If you're working from a home computer, your browser will need to accept cookies from three URL's. You can find those URL's and instructions for enabling cookies here.
Network Requirements
If you're working on a local area network, please take a look at VoiceThread's Network Requirements and forward them to your local network administrator.
