Will VISI keep my Groups up-to-date?

Your technical team will work with the VoiceThread Integration team to set a schedule that will allow VISI to automatically begin the data discovery process. VISI can be scheduled to run as often as once per day, or with an on-demand updating cycle.

Please note: If you use the CSV method, your organization will need to provide an updated version of your member and enrollment information in a secure location that is accessible to VoiceThread.
