How can I view receipts for my license?

You can find all receipts and invoices for your purchases on your Purchases page.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Sign into your VoiceThread account.
  2. Click on your email address in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Account Information or My Account from the list.
  4. Click Purchases at the top of the My Account area.
  5. Locate the blue box for your license and find the transaction for which you would like to download a receipt or invoice.
  6. Click Invoice to download the invoice for that transaction.

VoiceThread emails you an invoice whenever a payment is processed.
