How can I update the credit card for my license?

You can update the credit card for your recurring license on your Purchases page.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Sign into your VoiceThread account.
  2. Click on your email address in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Account Information or My Account from the list.
  4. Click the Purchases tab at the top of the area.
  5. Find the license you wish to update, and click the Update Payment Method button.
  6. Enter your new credit card information.
  7. Click the Update Payment Method button to save your changes.

Please note: You are responsible for any outstanding balance due to failure to process your credit card.
