How can I cancel my license?

If you have a recurring license, you can cancel your license on your Purchases page.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Sign into your VoiceThread account.
  2. Click on your email address in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Account Information or My Account from the list.
  4. Click the Purchases tab at the top of the area.
  5. Go to your Active Licenses tab.
  6. Find the license you wish to cancel, and click the Cancel License button.
  7. Read the terms of cancellation and check the box to agree to them.
  8. Click the Complete Cancellation button.

Please note: You are able to continue using your license until its expiration date. You are responsible for charges already incurred.
