How do I purchase an upgrade for VoiceThread?
VoiceThread has solutions for personal and professional users, business users, higher education, and K-12 educators. See the VoiceThread Products page. From there, you can choose the product that best suits your needs and see a feature comparison list.
Payment by Credit/Debit Card
To do this, please follow these steps:
- Select the VoiceThread Product that best suits your needs and click the Purchase button to add the product to your shopping cart.
- To pay by credit card, make sure to select the Credit Card tab on the checkout page.
- Fill out the information requested and click Place order. Your account will be automatically upgraded once your payment is processed, and you will receive an email receipt within a few minutes.
Payments by Purchase Order
If your purchase is over $50, you can choose to pay by purchase order. To do this, please follow these steps:
- Select the VoiceThread Product that best suits your needs and click the Purchase button to add the product to your shopping cart.
- To pay by Purchase Order, select the Purchase Order tab on the checkout page.
- Enter in your postal code to determine if your organization has previously filed a purchase order with VoiceThread. If your organization does not appear in the list, complete the required fields on the form and submit the Purchase Order request.
- Once you click Place Order, a PO will be generated.
