How do I renew my license?

If you purchased your license with a credit card directly from the VoiceThread Products page, you do not need to do anything for your license to renew. On the date that the license is set to renew, your credit card on-file will be charged automatically.

If you purchased your license with a purchase order, want to renew an expired license, or have canceled the automatic renewal of a recurring license, you can renew manually by following these steps:

1. Sign into your Manager.
2. Click the green Renew button in the top-right corner.
3. Check the boxes next to any items you wish to add to your renewal.
4. Click the green Renew button again.
5. Proceed through the secure payment process. You can pay for the renewal by credit card or purchase order (if your order exceeds $50).
